Our client is an international medical device company that has developed visionary and groundbreaking ultrasound technology. The company was founded in 1994 with the vision of enabling home ultrasound.
For the development of the European business they are looking for:
Align the strategic sales and marketing organization’s objectives with firm business strategy through active participation in corporate strategic planning, sales strategy development, forecasting, sales resource planning, and budgeting.
Accountable for the Marketing department design, including Marketing job roles, digital media channels design and implement organization’s marketing strategy.
Leads the learning and development initiatives impacting the organization through active, productive partnerships with Human Resources and Learning and Development functions, the GM establishes learning and development objectives essential to many issues related to his/her division organization’s success, oversees the effective delivery of training and development programs, actively assesses the value of training and development investments, and monitors learning.
Planning and execution of strategic plan for EU activities.
Drive the implementation of marketing activities that meet business objectives and drive future leads, including marketing studies with potential partners.
Direct and support market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data for short- and long-term market forecasts and reports.
Develop clinical value proposition for patients and providers.
Build long term relationships with employees, clients, government officials and stakeholders.
Establish and deploy Regulatory / Clinical Strategy in conjunction with HQ team.
Engage professional societies and insurance providers to ensure support for the companies’ transformational vision.
Develop agreements with telemedicine and emerging partnership organizations.
Establish commercial operations and service/applications strategy in preparation for 2023 product introduction in the region.
Build EHR/PACS and patient information workflow strategy (some has been implemented).
Talent acquisition – Define and manage the recruitment process, with different teams including Senior recruitments (outsource). Part of the responsibility is to develop a process/system for fast and efficient sourcing and recruitment.
Organizational development – define, build and transform the EU organization to fit the external and internal challenges. This includes innovative and dynamic org. development, managerial and personal coaching (proactive guidance will be provided by the CEO and additional consultant).
Negotiating and closing commercial terms and conditions in the sales process.
