Hauptaufgaben

Position Summary

The Medical Advisor will provide scientific and medical support to customers and to the country team in accordance with company’s policies and processes to promote materials and activities.


Principal Responsibilities

Prepare and conduct medical presentations to various audiences

Provide scientific/medical information to both internal clients and external customers

Provide medical support to Field Force

Develop and maintain effective collaborative working relationship with other departments (key account, sales, marketing, etc.) for case management activities

Conduct or participate in training programs for the Country team
ollaborate with Country team in promotional messages and identification of appropriate supportive documentation

Review content of promotional materials to ensure information and claims are relevant to the Country environment, presented in appropriate context and are in accordance with local medical practice

Develop abstracts, publications and variety of other educational materials and activities

Support to clinical development activities

Assist medical department in identification and management (if requested) of sites and investigators for additional clinical trials

Participate to Pharmacovigilance activities (PV)

Participate to Medical Information activities (Med Info)
Build, develop and maintain strong relationship with Key Opinion Leaders and Opinion Leaders
Observe internal and external legal and regulatory guidelines
Mapping of concerned HCP specialties and concerned stakeholders

National and international travel required

Anforderungsprofil

Qualifications

2-3 years previous experience in the Pharma/Biotech industry in MSL or Medical Advisor roles would be an advantage as well as MD

Advantage but not mandatory : previous experience in areas like Oncology

Knowledge of clinical development (clinical trials, registries)

Knowledge of local pharmaceutical regulations and related ethic behaviors

Ability to work efficiently – both individually and as part of a team

Presentation skills

Organizational and analytical skills

Solutions oriented and ability to work in a complex environment

Cross functional work

Computer skills and fluent in English and German

Excellent communication skills with proven ability

to deliver impactful presentations

Good analytical skills as applied to medical, scientific and technical information
Ability to motivate and convince others
